RG4N Slows The Train…A Little
Congrats to RG4N on achieving a temporary slowdown to the Northcross Walmart! KXAN reports that Lincoln properties will halt demolition and and tree removal at least until the trial begins on November 13. A small victory, but a victory nonetheless.
The story also suggested that RG4N communications guy Jason Meeker is mulling a run. Lord knows we could use some new blood on this council…
Up next May are the seats currently held by the hapless Lee Leffingwell, flaky Jennifer Kim and retiring Betty Dunkerly.

Thanks for mentioning our RG4N story on KXAN. Jim Swift did a great report on us and other issues in Austin.
“Mulling a run…” Yes, I am thinking about it. If you’d like to send me some input regarding the upcoming elections, or to tell me what you think is right or wrong with the city, I invite you to send me a note to jason@jasonmeeker.com.

Jason Meeker… in office??? He doesn’t even understand the duties of government required by the constitution, things like due process and equal protection.
