State GOP Looks For Hay In A Needle Stack
Hans Klinger, the appropriately named spokesbot for the Texas Republican Party, was in Hays County today. The mission: find fellow travelers who might agree to attend the party’s straw poll, scheduled for the end of this month in Fort Worth. At their own expense.
There were six takers. Either Hans forgot that Hays County went Democratic last year or he neglected to mention the fried twinkies that brought more than 14,000 to Iowa this past weekend.
No word on whether State Rep. Patrick Rose plans to be in Fort Worth.
