‘PLEASE STOP TOBY’ Futrell Before She Emails Again

Even her supporters (there must be a few out there) admit that City Manager Toby Futrell long ago crossed that invisible line between leadership and tyranny.

But in an email exchange about the city budget with Councilman Mike Martinez over the weekend, the full extent of her self-obsession was on embarrassing display. Embarrassing for the city, that is.

As Martinez finally wrote: ‘PLEASE STOP TOBY.’ Good advice.
