Lost? You Just Might Be Qualified For Congress.

Larry Joe Doherty, the flamboyant TV judge and trial lawyer who has been preparing to take on Clear Channel’s very own Congressman, Mike McCaul of Austin, has opened a campaign office — in someone else’s congressional district.

Doherty announced that his headquarters will be located on Woodway Drive in an area of Houston just west of Loop 610 and represented in Washington by Republican Congressman John Culberson.

We don’t know if this means he could be considering a run against Culberson instead.

McCaul’s district spans from Austin to Houston. Larry Joe will first square off against foreign policy wonk Dan Grant for the Democratic nomination.
