Leffingwell Turns 68
Happy birthday to Austin City Councilman Lee Leffingwell, who turns 68 today. A ripe old age achieved through good engineering, no doubt.
And a tip of the fedora to former city council member Daryl Slusher, who hits the big 5-4 today.
