Which goals did he accomplish? Electing Tom Craddick? Passing Rick Perry’s toll road scam? Announcing that he was switching parties and then… oops, never mind?
Good riddance to Robby Cook. Now maybe a real Democrat will run to replace him.

Well, a real Democrat might run, but he or she might not win. The district leans Republican, and in an open seat election will probably vote that way.
